Refund and Exchange Policy

Hapi Napi gives its customers a Return and Exchange promise. If the customer has changed his mind and has decided to return the product, then Hapi Napi gives 14 days return policy. The 14-day return policy time starts from the date of purchase. The return policy is only valid when the purchased product is in its original condition.   

Here are some rules to consider before applying for a return or exchange:

• The product must be "unused." 
• Opened products or opened packaging is not acceptable. 
• There must be proof of purchase. 
• Any free product that came along with the purchase will be returned as well. 

Refunds will proceed by the original payment method within four business days. Just so you know, if you have paid via card, it can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.

Method to apply for Return:

1. Attach the screenshot and a picture of the receipt to the email and send that email with your concern. (Refund or Exchange) 
2. If it's an exchange, do mention the selected exchange product. 

Within the next 24 hours, our team will approach you and will take your concern under observation. If the product you want to exchange has a different price, then team Hapi Napi will guide you accordingly. 

1. You must pay the due amount before the exchange if the product price exceeds the already purchased product. 
2. We will pay you back if the amount is less than the exchanged item within four (4) business days.
